Получила ответ от представителей Бренда: Добрый день! Простите, что наш сервис и партнеры подвели вас в праздник. Чтобы получить компенсацию за опоздание доставки, откройте спор в течение 3 суток после завершения заказа, оценив его на 1 звезду. Мы вынесем решение по спорам в течение 7 дней. По результатом праздника проведем большую внутреннюю работу, чтобы ни наши технические системы, ни исполнители не подводили отправителей и получателей подарков. Команда Flowwow" Спустя 4 дня после завершения заказа. Какой спор я должна открыть и где? Спасибо за восхитительное предложение, можете засунуть его туда же, к букету. Сервис все так же пробивает дно.
Поддержка не работает
Привезли веник, вместо цветов Все завяло еще в момент передачи от курьера из его рук в мои, поддержка просто молчит. Отдал за букет 6000₽. Итог: не пользуйтесь данным сервисом
