Premium Economy, bekommt man im Anschluss alle Tarife angezeigt. Aber ich rate jedem davon ab über die spontan buchen. Sehr schlechter Kundendienst, Mitarbeiter sind handlungsunfähig. Wenn die Flüge gebucht sind, folgen einige Stunden später gleich mehrere Abbuchung über das Zahlungsmittel, die nirgends erwähnt werden. Wir haben einen Flug für 228 Euro für zwei Personen gebucht, hinzu kamen nochmal 50% versteckte Gebühren in Höhe von 79,95 + 13,00 + 13,00 = 106,00 Euro. Nie wieder! Wenn ihr euch zuerst über die Webseite registriert und dann versucht, die Flüge auf die App zu ziehen, beginnt der Alptraum. Man loggt sich gewohnt ein und … Pustekuchen. Nichts ist synchronisiert. Man muss Flugnummern mit der Hand eingeben. Mir fehlen die Worte. Absoluter Schrott, wirklich. Den Flug ausgewählt und Kreditkartendaten eingeben und gekauft. Danach kam die Rechnung von angegebenen 544€ auf 660€ berechnet! Das war im Gesamtpreis vorher nicht erkennbar. Mir ist es egal wie sich die Preise zusammenwürfeln und wer welche Gebühren bekommt, aber ich erwarte einen Gesamtpreis der feststeht und nicht im Nachhinein ändert! Die zwei Sterne gibts für die Filtermöglichkeiten.
