This app is horrible and always freezes.
This system is always beeping even when we change the batteries can never get in touch with anyone . It was a huge mistake getting this system . Will be cancel our contract .
Do not buy. Fluent will not cancel your contract unless you threaten them.
BEWARE… We have upgraded our system with this Smart Home Thermostat for more than two years! Instead of saving on electricity and gas bills for this Smart Home Thermostat! blaaaahh,blaaaa,blaaaah..🫥 Nothing’s much different from old and reliable thermo panel for this subscription but only will cost you big time with monthly electricity bill as it’s useless at some point and costs more electricity than the old and cost efficient digital HVAC thermo panel.
It’s a little easier to navigate, but at the same time, it’s sluggish, I can’t seem to blow up certain times of the day that I want to zoom in on, personally, I preferred the first app versus this one.
Impossible to get ahold of anyone. Product is low quality and problematic.
They do not call when an alarm goes off. Our carbon monoxide monitor has been down for months, no call from api. Now there is no way of seeing when sensors go off. No activity monitor. Just says door open, no time it happened. For $65 bucks a month we get nothing. See ya later, we’re out!
Has nothing but trouble with the camera. Have to delete recordings one video at a time. I was able to change sensitivity of the camera and now I can’t. Looked everywhere in this app and can’t find it. It records literally everything like bugs birds and lights and fills up your slotted 1000 clips per month in a hurry. So if it fills up in two weeks then you have two weeks uncovered but you still pay for the month. Looking for another provider. You only got two stars cause when it is working it works.
90% of the time when i try to connect to the doorbell camera to see who’s out there but it wont. I always get an error. Such a disappointment
