Refund Request for unused Subscription
I subscribed last year to try and used the app quite a bit in 2024, but I stopped using it since I found other apps I prefer. Recently, I noticed I was charged $59.99 for the renewal, even though I haven't been using it. I immediately reached out by email to request a refund, but I haven't heard back. I also contacted Paddle, and they told me they couldn’t process the refund but assured me your team would get back to me. That was in early April, and I’ve been waiting patiently, but I still haven't received any response. I’d really appreciate it if you could process my refund. It shouldn’t be so complicated to get a refund for a service I no longer use.
