The help button in the app produces a 404 error, and the report an issue button just directs you to the general landing page. When I downloaded and opened Asensei I realized the machine is fine and connects automatically, it’s the manufacturer’s apps that are not working. I may be returning the rower, since I bought it with app support in mind. But there is no data displayed in your App. I know it’s not your machine, but I would pay for it (no subscription ;) if the connection would be working. Maybe you can cooperate with them? Only current average is shown. Not complete average. Proposal. Get a good UI/UX designer. Spend a few euro. But your connection opportunities could be improved. 1. a little bug: when i choose the distance mode, the workout cannot be saved. It doesn’t show up in the log. 2. is it possible to see my average split time (time over 500m) all the time on the screen? 3.is it possible to combine the fluid rower display and the phone display? Why do you want to ship the rower with such a nice screen and then, once connected via bluetooth, you only show bt on the entire screen? I would appreciate some feedback.
