Got the app so I can access and download my thermo images from my Fluke thermo camera (as simply plugging into a mac won’t work) and this is even worse. Am I going to have to buy another laptop just to access my thermo images as fluke are to incompetent to make to compatible with Mac? “Just plug it in and it will read like a Hard Drive” yeah right. Anyway. Great hardware. Impossible software. I’d give it a zero if I could.
Very unreliable, seems to want to crash while taking readings. Would not recommend for any serious work.
Trying to make use of photos from an imager, really poor in this day and age. Will be looking at other brands of imager now I know how ordinary the software is. And crashes all the time.
Downloaded the app on a n iPhone 13 with current firmware. Cannot create an account to use the app as the Country field is compulsory yet the country selection field shows blank!! Considering this ap is required to access the results on a 1664FC this is very poor by a company that typically has a good reputation for their test equipment but it seems no one is testing the app in the real world?? Come on Fluke get with the times and put some time and investment into this app. We need our workflows to be seamless to save time on and off site. This app should enable us to present quality data to our customers. Impossible when we can’t even create an account :-(
This app is piece of junk. Does not do anything useful. Why can’t it have simple interface to control and setup unit and get data captured data from it. Fluke should hire get good User interface designer.
This app is terrible. Fluke make great products but this app does not work. When I save some Measurements sometimes they don’t save. When I look at previous saved measures they just appear blank. The app crashes. When I look up assets and saved measurements on the computer some don’t show but they show up in the app? When I generate a report to show asset measurements nothing shows.
I have a 1587fc and when the app is showing the graph and a test starts that is over 2.2gohm, the top part of the graph is cutoff. It looks like it tries to scale but the number readout is covering the top half. I reported this several years ago and still has not been fixed. This makes the graphing feature useless. At least give me the ability to scale it myself or get rid of the numbers and just see the graph. Take a look at Keysight’s mobile apps if you want to see how to do it properly. Good and flexible user interface.
Since I originally used this software the usability has improved ten-fold.....I am finding that the program has become the hub of our asset management ecosystem. The PC based system seamlessly integrates with out Tix580 thermal image camera and FC 805 Vibration Meter enabling trending of asset health. The mobile platform really does add real time value with live share and work order allocation. We have just ordered a DS 703 digital scope and FC 376 clamp meter to add even more usability to our asset database. I also find the USA based development team approachable and keen to assist make Fluke Connect the best single source asset management database in the world.... The only thing stopping them (in my opinion) is a world class vibration analyser to rival CSI, SKF etc....imagine the possibilities if it was to happen!
The app keeps crashing whenever I try to upload the measurements and crashes every time When I try to do reports It’s a terrible app I have contacted fluke to solve these problems but they are just as useless. You pay extra to get fluke products be due to they are usually a lot better quality but this is embarrassing !!!
As the title says. Last version worked fine.
