DO NOT USE FLY - SCAM!

The scooter I used didn’t allow me to park , pause or end my ride anywhere. No where to cancel anywhere in app, no way to get support from app or help, there social media pages are fake

Highly don’t recommend

All the scooters I tried to use DID NOT WORK yet my card was charged $5 twice and an additional $3 for a ride that didn’t even happen. Just trying to get it to work. I emailed customer service for a refund almost a month ago and they said it would be returned to my account within 2-5 days still nothing. Whack

Scam Customer Service

I rented a Fly Ride and loaded my account with 10.00$ and rode for a few minutes. Woke up with a charge of over $150.00 on my account and was unable to reach any customer service with them to have it reversed. Emailed, no response. Called and left voicemail, no response. Reached out on social media, no response. Complete scam and run by people who have no interest in helping their customers. Very upsetting and I will never be using or recommending this company ever again.

don’t use

Charged me $74 for a ride i didn’t even use for 3 and a half hours. when i was done using a fly it wouldn’t let me end ride and kept charging me. i tried calling the help center to get a refund and it said “sorry we’re closed” tried emailing and wouldn’t let the email go through. the instagram help center is fake as well

YES! FLY

I love this company! The app is very organized and efficient and by far it has been the best scooter I’ve rode!! I’ve tried other ones like bird and lime but I definitely prefer FLY!! I look forward to using these scooters more often since they’re so convenient and affordable to use!
