Compared to other airline apps that I frequently use, Delta has almost every time a message that it cannot open that function at the moment. 
Most common are seating charts, or iPhone wallet, or pre-order meals, or add upgrade request. It’s annoying. Please fix it. If you’re going to offer a choice by click, I expect it to work. Thank you !!

The flight was advertised as flex and including 2 bags. Reality was: 1 - the change to another flight (within flex) they wanted to charge 1,500$; 2- the bags they never recognized; they charge you 119$ to select the seat at any point in time. Consider all of these scamming techniques when purchasing your flight, at the end I would have purchased a better airline ticket with all the add ons and saves the trouble and stress.
