Recently had a significant flight delay that impacted my connecting flight.  Attempted to rebook my connecting flight, but the options that I had previously found while looking as if I was booking a new flight were not there???  Checked again and verified the flight was still available.  Paid for the flight to reserve a seat, had to call customer service to fix and get my money back.

For years i dreamed of working my way through the ranks of medallion status to reach the glorified levels of platinum and diamond- now that I am - I am aghast as the perks are NOTHING! Bag fees for comfort class from US TO MX!!!!!  I applied for diamond baggage tags in February and haven’t even received those yet - hopefully they come for Christmas.  
It’s almost mid year. I won’t be pushing myself to spend $28,000 to renew diamond 
I unfortunately will get to whatever “platinum” is worth these days. For years i believed in delta but the recent changes are just too much. Take care I wish the company well
