مالفائدة من انها اجراءات الصعود اذا لا يوجد باركود ،،التطبيق لايفيد
باختصار التطبيق لا يعمل
حاولت احجز عن طريق التطبيق وواجهت كل أنواع التعقيدات وكذلك البطء. تحولت للموقع وخلصت أموري

بعد التحديث تطلع الصفحه بيضاء تطبيق سيء ولا يوجد اهتمام ابداً
انتبهوا
لا انصح بالحجز في هذا الطيران سيء للغاية تم حجز رحلة وعند قص التذكرة لدي شنطة صغيرة جداً تزن ٢،٥ كيلو وعند الحجز موضح شنطة صغيرة لا تزيد عن ٧ كيلو ولكن قالوا لا ادفع ٤٨ ريال ولا هذه الشنطة لاتدخل للطيارة اخر مره احجز في هذا الطيران 😡 I do not recommend booking on this flight. It is very bad. A flight was booked, and when I booked the ticket, I have a very small bag that weighs 2.5 kilos. When booking, it is indicated that a small bag does not exceed 7 kilos, but they said that I do not pay 48 riyals, and this bag does not fit on the plane. The last time I book on this flight.
معاملة سيئة جدا
أسوء معاملة شفتها من شركة طيران … و يجبروا الوالد والوالدة على دفع ٢٠٠ ريال على حقيبتين فيهم مياه زمزم و يستغلوا انهم لايعرفون كيف التصرف في هذا الموقف !!!!!
One of the worst airlines ever
Very bad quality of service one can ever get in his travel. Careless and bad staff in the airport counter sending you here and there to be able to complete your boarding. A different terms and conditions for your carry on bags with booking.com just to collect money from you. I intend not to fly with them again.
