They’ve made it as difficult as possible to actually redeem any points. So you’re just providing your data for free at this point. Definitely worth deleting. If you want to save money anyway don’t shop here.
Why have a watch app that can’t be scanned in store at Coles? U should visit Woolies to see how it should work. If it does work, u should train your staff as they have no idea.
A very disappointing and annoying app! Every change takes you to online log in and requires you to log in again and again and then enter verification code etc. Brain surgery is easier!!! And so to is threading a needle while riding a horse hurdling obstacles as you ride!! This app is over the top!! Hopefully updates will improve this and simplify it!!
The app often drops out and I have to re-start it.
Hi Coles, Woolworths unfortunately had the better app and its instant whereas yours can take days to add on points etc Would be great if you had an instant receipt on the app too like Woolworths does. Hoping you will upgrade to a similar better app like Woolworths
I hate the fact that offers aren’t automatic when I scan my card. Why do I have to go into the app to activate fuel offers? I have my preferences set to 8c and I spend a small fortune in Coles supermarket - of course I want to redeem my fuel docket. Hate going into the servo and trying to get into the app (whilst also having to update it) and holding people up… only to then find that I haven’t given it enough time to process the offer. I feel like Coles is making it hard on purpose.
Would not rate flybuys I believe I have been cheated my actived offer 10000 for 4 cont. Weeks purchase $230 - did the first 3 weeks but never received my final notice saying I am cleared to buy in week 4 which means the offer is not available to me NOT HAPPY JAN I even spent $450 in week 2 - FLYBUYS are less than average bothered to shop at a new Cole’s store to give them customers BUT didn’t get my week 4 offer I did the first 3 weeks now I do not have my final offer Deeeerrrrh
STOP logging me out of GOD damn app
Please fix the ap, it doesn’t work and I’ve been unable to log in for about a month, take a look at the woolies ap, updates instantly and has great user ability. A bit disappointing from a major company
