The latest owner has reduced content and raised prices. I still decided to stay. I subscribed to the email version back in June 2023. I received one email link to one edition. That’s it. So I called in October and a recording stated to call back because the phone system was being updated. I emailed requesting a refund. No response. Summation of new owner: raise prices, cut content and ignore your subscribers when they contact you. I’m done. The application just seems to bloated with advertisements and impossible to use. I just want to be able to select library, select my issue and have a great reading experience. Update: The latest app fixes the ability to actually read. Your login is your customer ID. The reading experience is lack luster trying to get full screen.
