عندما بديت الحجز وبعد اختيار التواريخ والسعر المناسب لقد رايت هناك زيادة في الرسوم بسبب الاكل والشراب وتامين السفر ولكنني رفضت الكل واصبحت اريد نفس السعر الذي بالبداية ولكن اتفاجات بعد الحجز تم رفع السعر من 970 إلى 995 ريال لماذا هذا الاستغلال

I am a very frequent flynas flyer. The previous version of the app was far better, simpler. Everything was working fine. In the new version I encounter problems pretty much every time I try to book a flight or check in. Also the UX design is more complex and time consuming, I need a lot more number of steps (vs. the previous version) to complete a transaction (be it booking a ticket or checkin).
