What a terrible app. Although it worked okay on my way out to Chisinau, on the way back almost nothing worked. I couldn’t check in 24hrs before the flight, it made me wait until 22 hours before even though I was sent an email saying checking was open when it wasn’t!! I did eventually manage to checkin after a 2 hour delay. Although I was told checkin was successful in he app, there were issues at the airport gate and additional passport data need to be added again. This seemed to force the app to loose my Boarding Card. Luckily I had remembered my seat number !! There seems to have been no testing of this awful app. Still considering the poor FlyOne Service and totally chaotic boarding at Chisinau Airport I guess a totally useless non-functional app is on brand for FlyOne.

Always cancelling flights at last minute. Avoid if possible but if you need a flight from Chisinau it is not easy.

I never been able to book a flight using the App, I read reviews and thank to everybody I neveve have a problem because I avoided

App does not accept various card payments for “extras” such as taking a cabin bag, so cannot make payment before going to airport. What will happen next is I will be asked to pay full price, despite trying to pay in advance. Buy cheap, pay twice!

I’ve never seen so bad customer service. Even you pay for cancellation and changing flight insurance , the won’t return the money. The flight can be cancelled with 2hours before. In case the cancel the flight , they don’t even ask you or give an option to chose another day , they chose one of the easiest for them and then you can agree or avoid and lose money …. Great work guys. I hope you will do something with this …..

The fee for not checking in cost me more than the ticket itself
