The app works okay for most banking related activities but its like some things arent thought out or the bank just feels like people will deal with. Prime example is the messaging part of the app. This should be used for messaging customer service but instead it has turned in to another marketing arm for the bank with no way to turn off said messaging. Another issue i have is MFA/2FA support. Texting is the only option. Im sorry but in the modern era when have way better options.
