## FM Panel D Description
This software is the software which carries out the Farnsworth-Munsell Panel D-15 Test.

The FM Panel D-15 Test is said to be able to discriminate 
whether the degree of misunderstanding of color vision is intensity or not.

In addition to the tests, this software has following functions.

    color sliders.
    matrix tables, circle color charts.
    LMS Conversion, Cellophane treatment, Degree rotation,  Image pixel picker.
