I often cannot access my accounts or money because the system is down and there is never any communication from the bank that they are having problems! No more bugs or crashes and touch-ID works fine to log in. I love being able to quickly check my account balances quickly from my phone and depositing checks remotely is easy and convenient! Since the upgrade, its constantly crashing. The Touch ID no longer works, just crashes the app. Half the time it tells me it can’t verify me as a customer and to call. It’s to the point it’s no longer useful.
