## FNCBank Mobile Reviews in United States

### ***-- "App Sapp"
I have Fave ID and still have to sign in every time
-- Fire StoppR, 2025-07-05

### ***** "Well Done with Update"
The recent 2025 update has made access to my account much easier. I really like that I can use all the features offered on the app!
-- Brandi Camp, 2025-04-07

### ***** "Sign in not working"
For about a month, I’ve not been able to login through the app.
-- Studio45Music, 2024-05-06

### ****- "Sometimes goes down but usually fixed quickly"
Usually when the app or site isn't working it's fixed within a day
-- Foidesigns.com, 2023-11-02

### *---- "I can never log in"
There’s no use in having this app. It locks my account every time I try and log in because it says my credentials are wrong. It’s so annoying. I have asked the bank for help and they’re not any, so if I want to use mobile banking I have to use safari on my phone. Please make this app where all your customers can use it.
-- Erin0428, 2023-07-14

### ***** "Bank app."
Wish you would make it where we can see our checks pending again on the app.
-- briansheryl, 2022-07-14

### *---- "Rude / inexperienced staff"
Recently I went into this bank with my husband who opened a checking account here. Mostly because it used to be a Wells Fargo years ago and something else. The woman couldn’t understand that it was his account not mine and I believe this was a bank manager. She keep making jokes and acting goofy. She didn’t know the lady at the counter‘s name and had to walk up there to get her to close her screen she left open so she could go ahead and do what she was doing for us on her computer. I don’t see anybody at his bank very few were going through the drive-through. They have recently merged with heritage. My guess is just for customers. Since they don’t hardly have any. I told my husband he should be ashamed and take his money to a real bank just place is a disaster
-- kelw1961, 2022-06-08

### ***** "User-friendly"
Pretty difficult to maneuver around and just even transferring money was hard to find the transfer button on here. Please consider a revamp
-- matrix mats, 2022-04-15

### *---- "Have to sign in multiple times"
Why do you have to sign in AFTER you have already signed in?????
-- 80Roman, 2021-11-23

### *---- "No longer a home town bank"
Do not appreciate customer service based in Dallas Texas. You are no longer a name with them, but just a number.
