I love FNCU, but hate the way that the app and its functionality is so limited and generic. When I go to look at documents/statements using the hamburger menu and open monthly notices, I can’t get back to my accounts page. My current work around to accomplish this is to log out of the app, then log back in. Please look through the app as a user and you too will discover many other tasks equally frustrating. The app has improved very little over time, and a huge improvement was labeling the numerical accounts with the actual account name…ie (savings, checking, visa credit card, equity loan, etc.). Credit card access is poorly integrated - if I click my balance, I get no information unless I find a side menu then find my card. The app also gives incredibly generic feedback when there are errors. For example, mobile deposit says "an error occurred, contact your institution."
