## Focal Point Freedom Description
Focal Point Freedom is a mobile access application for Focal Point access control systems. The mobile platform is easy to install and use and allows customers to remotely manage their systems. From the application, customers can monitor system activity and filter it by type for easier viewing. You can issue commands to all system devices to lock/unlock doors, grant access and open/close output points for turning on lights, etc. The ability to de-activate and re-activate cardholders, as well as system operators is also included. Any predefined alarm activity will be displayed and the customer can acknowledge any alarms. This mobile application gives you the freedom to control your facility from anywhere with a mobile data network or Wi-Fi connection. The download is free but the Focal Point access control system must be registered to support this application.

## Focal Point Freedom Reviews in United States

### *---- "Never working"
This app never works! Business owners should not use.
-- caseylbanks, 2026-06-03

### *---- "Forgot PW Option"
Needs a way to reset password.
-- MsJacco, 2026-05-15

### *---- "Never works"
This app never works and I’m never able to login whether I turn off wifi or not, and even when I can login it takes forever to load and sometimes still doesn’t even open the gate.
-- Glee Cast Producter, 2026-05-07

### *---- "Very unreliable"
This app is very inconsistent and not trustworthy
-- Unanimous2, 2026-03-30

### *---- "Not reliable"
This app seems to constantly have issues with the server being down, error codes etc. I find myself putting in my gate code at least 70 percent of the time because the app is down/not working for some reason. I would highly recommend utilizing a different app for your business needs. This thing will cause nothing but issues.
-- Don’t waist your money!, 2026-03-19

### *---- "Never works"
This app literally never works and is constantly leaving me stuck outside my apartment complex. It’s extremely slow when it does work. If I could leave 0 stars I would.
-- banana_1020, 2026-03-02

### *---- "Horrible App"
The app frequently times out, frequently does not even let me get into it, and now I have a server not connected error. It would not connect even after when a different Internet connection was on my phone. An absolutely horrible app!
-- Cameron James Jr, 2026-02-04

### *---- "Atrocious"
A disgrace
-- Bon & Abi's Music, 2025-12-16

### *---- "Terrible app"
Everyone has said what I want to say so I’d be a fool to repeat what they’ve said. How can you not fix your app after 3+ years of continuous bad reviews??
-- fabizle, 2025-11-13

### *---- "Terrible App"
I have to use this app to open the gates at my apartment complex and this app never works. It constantly reads Server is not connected. I have installed/ reinstalled this app and still no improvement. When in the rarest occasions it does work it takes 10 MINUTES to activate the gates. Its a useless app.
