Da ich schon die „Focus“ App für die Nachbearbeitung von Fotos habe, dachte ich ja, dass ich für die Videobearbeitung mit der App nichts verkehrt machen könnte.
Leider macht die „Stabilisieren“ Funktion alles schlimmer, statt besser. Ich wollte eine aufgenommene Flamme in einem Fackelhalter „stabilisieren“. Das führt aber zum „Flippen“ des Videos und das Ganze ist in keiner Weise ein brauchbares Ergebnis. Da ist das Freihandqckeln noch besser. Zudem stürzt die Software komplett danach ab, wenn man in den Vollbildmodus wechselt. Nichts ist mehr anklickbar. Es bleibt nur das „Töten“ der App und anschließend die Deinstallation und deaktivieren des Abos. - Schade.

Für die Version der Lifetime Zahlung, ist die App perfekt! Ich hoffe, dass die Lizenz nicht irgendwann gegen ein Abo eingetauscht wird.

Nachtrag. Es muss unbedingt ein Update gemacht werden. Ich habe ios 17.5.1 und die letzte Focos Version. Videos exportieren funktioniert nicht mehr. Es bleibt am Schluss stehen und reagiert nicht mehr. Die Datei kann am Ende nicht fertiggestellt werden. Es gibt keine Fehlermeldung und der Export kann auch abgebrochen werden. Exporteinstellungen sind egal. Bei jeder Einstellung das gleiche "nicht" Ergebnis.

Verstehe die anderen Rezensionen nicht. Direkt nach dem Öffnen der App soll man schon ein Abo kaufen. Das kann man wegklicken, OK. ABER egal was man antippt, selbst die Einstellungen, oder jeglicher andere Button, öffnet nur die Kaufen-Seite!
Dann kann man die App auch direkt im Store kostenpflichtig machen. Ohne zu Bezahlen hat man genau 0,0 % Funktionen.

### ***** "Super Tiefe auch ohne LiDAR"
Ich benutze Focos Live nun schon eine ganze Weile. Die App ist wirklich eine Bereicherung für das iPhone 12 ProMax, für das der Kino Modus für Videos leider noch nicht standardmäßig von Apple implementiert ist. Die App wird regelmäßig mit Updates versorgt und hat Funktionen, von denen iMovie für iPhone bislang nur träumen kann. Die Tiefenschärfeberechnung, um die es mir hauptsächlich ging, funktioniert erstaunlicherweise auch mit der Frontkamera ohne LiDAR Scanner. Und das sogar besser als mit LiDAR Scanner. So steht auch Selfie Videos (ich mache Gitarren-Tutorials) mit optimalem Monitoring über das Display und schöner Tiefenschärfe nichts im Wege. Offenbar tut die KI hier eine hervorragende Arbeit. Die einstellbaren Bokehformen und Wunsch-Linsen sind ein Träumchen. Schön wäre, wenn Apple endlich die Möglichkeit an die Focos-Entwickler freigeben würde, die Videos inkl. Tiefeninformation zu exportieren und in FCPX am Rechner weiterzubearbeiten. Aber dieses Monopol behält sich Apple wahrscheinlich vor, um einen weiteren Kaufhrund für das iPhone 13 zu haben, ab dem der Kino Modus standardmäßig für Videos implementiert ist.

Die App ist super, durch den Kinomodus in der App, der leider erst ab dem iPhone 13 implementiert ist, kann man auch mit dem iPhone 12 sehr geile Ergebnisse erzielen, zum Beispiel durch die Einstellung der Blende für die Tiefenschärfe, die den bekannten Kinomodus besonders macht. Zudem kann man in der App auch Sachen wie colorgrading und auch separat gefilmte Clips mit Übergängen zusammenschneiden und individuell bearbeiten. Ich bin sehr glücklich mit der App :) 🙌

...zu implizieren scheint nicht verfügbar. Wäre super auch bereits normal gemachte Videos mit dem Effekt nachträglich zu versehen. Da ich sonst Photoshop vollkommen ausreichend finde und 4,-€ wöchentlich für die Nutzung des Kino Effekt doch etwas übertrieben finde werde ich die App nur sporadisch ab und an mal nutzen wenn ich den Kinoeffekt benötige.

Nach dem heutigen Update sind die Funktionen drastisch reduziert. Obwohl ich die App vor einiger Zeit als Lifetime-Version gekauft habe, gibt es wohl nur noch die Möglichkeit, ein überaus teures wöchentliches Abo abzuschließen, um wieder alle seinerzeit gekauften Funktionen nutzen zu können. Eine solche Vorgehensweise als unseriös zu beizeichnen, ist noch milde ausgedrückt.
