Bending Spoons is a fraud: DON’T PURCHASE on iPad!!

Since Bending Spoon acquired this app from it’s original creator, the support has significantly been poor and the app has been messed up especially on the iPad Pro with orientation defaulting to iPhone mode. This is what happens when big money cannibalises on small app developers. When the original creator was managing this app, you could reach out to him and complain and he was good at the managing the app. But now for over a year, apart from minor bug fixes, which the app still has plenty - because now I can’t export my projects out as at now without an error - the company has refused to do an app overhaul as they promised or atleast fix the app.
But their main concern is profit which is to acquire a thriving app and slap on it a huge weekly subscription. This is the same way I lost access to my Filmic Pro (that I paid for). They turned it to legacy and each time I try to use it, it redirects me to the new updated app where I have to pay weekly subscription.
Why Apple allow this scam on their App Store beats me. I assume they are both in the same bed.

The developer has messed up the orientation of this Application on the iPad. I have complained for months now and nothing has been done. The iPad app behaves like an iPhone version or prolly worse. You’d have to use the app to understand how terrible this is. It didn’t use to be like that. The developer is reluctant to fix this after sending series of mails plus video evidence. If you’re ever going to buy this app so you can use it on a bigger screen like an iPad please don’t purchase. It will give you the worst app experience than any video capturing and editing app. DON’T purchase. The developer won’t fix your issues either. You’d be glad taking your money elsewhere. I suspect the App is about to be abandoned so it’s with limited support or no support at all.

If you charge an harm and a leg for an app, give us its value. Fix it. Make it work. It is not a lot to ask for for what you do not offer for free. Even free app gives you multiple options of improvement.
