## Focus15 Description
Stop guessing where your time goes. Start seeing it.

Focus15 is a time awareness system that asks you one simple question every 15 minutes: "What did you just work on?"

That's it. No task management. No goal setting. No complicated setup. Just radical visibility into how you actually spend your day.

HOW IT WORKS:
- Start your day and hit play
- Every 15 minutes, you get a notification
- Log what you did in seconds — right from the notification
- At the end of the day, see exactly where your time went

WHY IT WORKS:
Most people aren't unproductive — they're unaware. When you see how you actually spend your time, you naturally stop wasting it. No motivation needed. No discipline required. Just awareness.

Focus15 is built for founders, creators, freelancers, and anyone who wants to perform at a higher level.

- Ultra-fast logging (under 3 seconds)
- Persistent notifications until you log
- Daily activity timeline
- AI-powered day analysis
- Copy your day for external AI coaching
- Clean, minimal, dark UI
- No ads. No social features. No noise.

Track your day every 15 minutes and you will change how you live it.
