Your brain is like a muscle...with training, you can make it stronger and better able to handle the stress and pressure in your life. Sleep, relationships, productivity, and even your performance at work, school, and in sports are all affected by your mental state. But you CAN learn how to get control of your mindset and manage feelings of stress, no matter how crazy life gets. FocusCalm trains your brain to enter a powerful state of mind that is focused, engaged, aware, and mindful, without the stress that makes you feel poorly. --BACKED BY SCIENCE-- In a recent study by the FocusCalm team, users who completed 25 exercises in the app had a 21% improvement in their feelings of well-being as reported on the respected WHO Wellness Index. For many years, studies have shown that neurofeedback training like the exercises in FocusCalm can literally change the way your brain works. Through the power of neurofeedback, you can learn how to control your mental state. FocusCalm's games, activities, and exercises are developed by neuroscientists, sports psychologists, and physicians to help teach you how to manage your mindset, while our lightweight, wearable EEG (electroencephalogram) headband accurately shows you how well you're doing in real-time (sold separately). --MORE THAN MEDITATION-- Meditation apps help you relax and unwind. FocusCalm does more. It starts with your FocusCalm score...a real-time display of your brain activity on a scale from 0 - 100. A low score means your brain is active or stressed. A high FocusCalm score means your brain is calm and tranquil. Through our meditations and expert-developed content, FocusCalm helps you LEARN how to put your mind in a FocusCalm state. Then, with our games and activities, you PRACTICE getting into that state more quickly, consistently and deeply. Over time, as you improve your skills, you can then CHALLENGE yourself to keep your FocusCalm high as you perform mental tasks that simulate stressful or difficult situations in life. --RESULTS IN JUST A FEW MINUTES PER DAY-- FocusCalm is a wearable that you wear only when you're using the app. Our programs are quick 15 minute sets of exercises designed to help you reach a goal: • Getting energized for the day • A quick break during stressful times • Gently winding down after a stressful day • Preparing for sleep • Gearing up for athletic competition or a big meeting --TRACK YOUR IMPROVEMENT-- Like any skill, FocusCalm is all about practice. FocusCalm provides detailed results after each exercise so you can see a variety of metrics about your performance: • Depth - Measures your peak FocusCalm score to indicate how calm your brain became during an exercise or meditation. • Consistency - Shows the percentage of time during the exercise that you were able to keep your FocusCalm score above 65. • Speed - Indicates how quickly you were able to reach a score above 65 in the exercise. • FocusCalm Minutes - The length of time you spent in a FocusCalm state. Like a goal of 10,000 steps, 7 minutes in FocusCalm has been shown to have positive benefits in your life. FocusCalm tracks all of these metrics on your profile so you can see your progress over time. --THE FOCUSCALM HEADBAND-- • Available at www.focuscalm.com • Bluetooth connection is quick, reliable and simple • Lightweight and comfortable so you can use it anytime • Accurately monitors up to 1200 EEG data points per second • Up to 8 hours of use on a single charge FOCUSCALM | BRAIN TRAINING FOR BETTER FOCUS AND A CALMER MIND FocusCalm saves your meditation data to the Apple Health app. FocusCalm Subscription plans for full access to the App: - FocusCalm Annual Subscription: $69.99 (12 month) - FocusCalm Monthly Subscription: $9.99 (1 month) Terms of service: Privacy policy: ## FocusCalm Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource116/v4/2c/3b/42/2c3b4283-e4b7-f3db-df3e-e2111b3f8ec3/34044b6f-cd96-4218-b31f-1623c56eab82_iPhone_XR_U002c_XS_Max_U002c_11__U2013_1.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource126/v4/fe/fc/f8/fefcf8dd-b163-e46d-b7fc-61cf40db028d/03e781d3-1678-445f-9697-27616fd22d8b_iPhone_XR_U002c_XS_Max_U002c_11__U2013_2.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource116/v4/28/67/30/28673055-181b-4663-c0eb-d54b061551ec/fd0c1de3-8209-41b0-8c0c-553a4fd73f82_iPhone_XR_U002c_XS_Max_U002c_11__U2013_3.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource126/v4/e0/5d/2f/e05d2f64-1cf9-a99b-7630-3f3bbe4b5b64/07a917ef-00ec-4cc1-adc8-800acaedc818_iPhone_XR_U002c_XS_Max_U002c_11__U2013_4.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 5](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource126/v4/b6/49/03/b6490349-11b3-40b7-01b8-8a8760ba4a4b/c69bd085-a3cd-49b6-b26f-48c1017f39bc_iPhone_XR_U002c_XS_Max_U002c_11__U2013_5.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 6](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource126/v4/dc/01/3c/dc013c28-90c0-a795-e536-8245ca53bb62/d2ddff6e-94e9-4cde-b22d-093b23983a7f_iPhone_XR_U002c_XS_Max_U002c_11__U2013_6.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 7](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource116/v4/64/d5/8a/64d58aaf-6477-efa9-bbaf-e92355b01818/31b29c84-854e-449c-ba3d-32438e90b659_iPhone_XR_U002c_XS_Max_U002c_11__U2013_7.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 8](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource126/v4/b7/c6/e7/b7c6e753-efd0-7c6a-3b26-b64a334ac395/099f3394-d1a0-4615-99ad-c14e3b55fdf1_iPhone_XR_U002c_XS_Max_U002c_11__U2013_8.png/1242x2688.png) ## FocusCalm Rating Breakdown in United States - 5 stars: 35 (66%) - 4 stars: 2 (4%) - 3 stars: 4 (8%) - 2 stars: 1 (2%) - 1 stars: 11 (21%) ## FocusCalm Reviews in United States ### *---- "Lights are off" As others have said, there doesn’t seem to be anyone supporting this product. I’ve emailed several times to ask about the “mindful matching” game which I simply do not understand. No response. This is not a great testimonial for the product. Which actually seems alright and worthy of a few stars, but they shouldn’t be just taking people’s money without providing the minimum of support. Even an AI chatbot would be something. They haven’t updated their blog in years. Disappointing. -- Scotchfasterxyz, 2026-03-18 ### *---- "Unreliable App and No Support" I keep losing access to the app because of technical issues on their end, and reaching their support is a huge hassle that takes days. Their phone number doesn’t even work, so that’s not an option either. The membership is pricey, and honestly, I regret buying this device—I should’ve gone with Mendi from the start. -- Zas-18, 2025-11-15 ### *---- "No customer service" This company is not run by humans, just bots. You can’t reach anyone ever. I’ve tired online, calling, nothing works. Good product but they can’t run a business like this. -- Trash 24, 2025-04-29 ### *---- "No support" I bought this is January with full subscription for life ( not cheap). The app doesn’t recognize my email despite a reset by the support team after a week of trying to get a hold of them. This didn’t work and I’ve tried to reach out to them again. This time it took two weeks and still no solutions. They claim they just went through a reorg. Hopefully somebody can figure out what’s going on over there. -- Sillyjilli, 2025-03-19 ### *---- "Beware before purchasing…" There should be an option for. I starts… I’ve tried multiple times to reach out to the company via their phone number, and their email…no one responds to either! I’ve waited as long as 30 minutes on the phone, no one picks up! I’ve sent multiple emails…no response! I bought the lifetime membership, but can’t access it at all! No help has been given and I’m gonna give it a couple more days, and then it’s going back! I honestly don’t know if this company is even around anymore to be honest. I’ll update in a week if anyone cares to know… -- $player-1, 2024-07-04 ### *---- "Lifetime membership why?" I never write reviews but I was so excited to receive this device and to start using it but this has become a frustrating experience. I bought the lifetime membership/subscription for this device, which I can not access. I have reached out to the company on several occasions. In my most recent correspondence they sent me a PDF with instructions to sign up. I’ve already signed up and had to pay for a monthly subscription just to use the device. I can’t say I’m overly impressed with the device either. You can’t simply do a timed meditation you have to use their goofy games or guided meditations. The app could use some work. Not having access to the service I paid for and the lack of simple features this has made the experience unbearable. -- GENTLESTEP, 2024-01-07 ### ***-- "Not saving results" Have been using this device for several days and the app is not saving data/results for most of the exercises. None of the Programs or Series are saving results or providing the comprehensive feedback that the video states “on the next screen you’ll see your complete results of this series”. The next screen takes you back to the home page of the series and the data is lost. The only things that are saving results are individual exercises. Not a great initial experience, 50% disappointed. -- ca_jon, 2023-06-02 ### ***** "Exactly what I needed" I was really impressed by how easy it is to use the headband. Their algorithms are amazing and feels very accurate! -- leianing, 2023-02-09 ### *---- "Location Tracking" This device only works if you allow it to track your location. -- snrein1016, 2023-01-06 [View all FocusCalm reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## FocusCalm In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | FocusCalm Monthly Subscription | $9.99 | | FocusCalm Annual Subscription | $69.99 | ## FocusCalm Discovered Keywords -
