## Folder Lock Description
Folder Lock lets you password-protect your personal files, photos, videos, documents, contacts, wallet cards, password manager, notes and audios in your iPhone. Apart from being a perfect cross-platform data security app, Folder Lock is a perfect WiFi manager app too, as you can transfer files from your iPhone to PC/Mac, or vice versa, wireless via Folder Lock. Its WiFi Music Manager feature allows you the options of audio import, music import, song import and mp3 import without using iTunes.

Introducing Gallery Lock, which locks your photos and videos. It’s Gallery Lock, Photo Lock and Video Lock options allow you to secure and view your personal photos and videos in their respective windows. In all, this app is the Swiss army knife for smart phone data security and privacy app as well as a perfect file manager. So lock everything with Folder Lock!

I have had everything stored on this app for my work and home for many years. I even paid for the app so that the ads wouldn’t pop up. I would like a refund because I am no longer able to access my information.  This has been going on for several months and all they say is don’t delete the app. The app on my end was already deleted before they said not to and when asked what to do no response given. They have ignored every single email that I have sent to them. Please refund me my money that I paid for this app that I cannot use.

Do NOT download this app under any condition! I have been using the app without a single problem for many years and now that I updated it to the most recent version, all my documents and data is gone! Vanished!!! Like they had never been stored in it ever before!!!! I’m 1 inch away from uninstalling the app and deleting it forever, unless you get them back for me. We store important stuff in this app. And not being able to see them after the updates?? What is the app made of really? Just a facade to show security and convenience and not having ANY OF IT?!!

I used this app without a problem one for five+ years.  It was great.  Now, after being forced to create an account, it appears I have lost every single file I had entrusted this app to protect.  All folders empty.  Why?  
& yeah, I could have had a
backup of those files, but backing up files I have stored in a masked & locked app kinda defeats the entire purpose of using this type of app in the first place.  

Whatever.  My stuff seems to have just vanished & I am none too pleased about it.

After updating the iOS to 18.2 the app just crashes everytime I open “Notes” section within the FolderLock app it shows “Migration in Progress” and then just crashes, they claim to respond within 24 hours of business day, it has been more than a week and I still haven’t received a response from them. Even after paying $30 this is the service the end user gets. Forcing people to use subscription model and still not delivering.

After using this app for years on multiple devices suddenly after this most recent IPhone update I need a email to log in? And it no longer will take my face scan as a login. I never used a email to log in before and still don’t need to on my other devices. I can still use facescan with no problem. I am unable to login on my current phone and nothing is updated or recovered on Folderlock that I have installed on older devices! This is terrible I had some important information saved and now can’t access anything because of an update?! I need this fixed ASAP. All verification needed I can provide but I need access to my files again.
