I just made my first anonymous public post on, folsom.feelings and I can’t wait to tell you about it. As a person who knows what kindness sounds like, can play kindly with others who model it, and doesn’t have a handle on how to describe it… it’s been invaluable to my experience becoming an #AutisticAdult to use a tool like folsom on this journey. One of the most significant changes in my life this year was comprehending that how I understood my feelings was wrong. I needed to learn again how to describe my good and bad feelings and how to inform others about how they are making me feel. It is a daunting task for any developing human, arduous when your experience of the world has been learned using perception. I don’t post all the time, and I keep many feelings to myself or a network of #confidants, but as you can imagine, having a platform that serves as a #reflection journal, supports me in #namingmyfeelings, and then generates an image of it has been not only been useful and brought delight, but truly has made it easier to find #kinship with others on their own #resiliency and #recovery journeys. The team just provided us with the option to share publicly; I can’t quite describe how excited I am to remember how to feel #brave. Great work, Evan Brown and Alexander Martino I can’t wait to see what you create for us next. -- 10for10, 2024-04-04 ### ***** "Great app" Really enjoy using this app on a daily basis -- Ben McKean, 2023-10-06 ### ***** "Fantastic - has helped me feel connected" I think this app is a phenomenal idea and much needed. It has helped me stay in touch with my friends and deepen our relationships — can’t wait to keep using Folsom to journal my feelings and keep connecting! -- PhilMisMe, 2023-08-16 ### ***** "Awesome app" Great way to share feelings amongst those I trust -- sks435, 2023-08-14 ### ***** "Digital safe place 😌" We (society) needed this. -- ballfoxradio123, 2023-08-14 ### ***** "Novel, healthy twist on social media" Novel concept to encourage genuine sharing of emotions. Leverages technology to help you connect and interpret your own feelings in new ways. Easy to use interface and good optionality built into participation / sharing. -- Ibeachdude, 2023-08-14 ### ***** "The world needs this app!!" Honestly can not recommend this app enough. I didn’t think I needed a sort of virtual system if you will but I’ve been using this with my friends as a way to spread love, support and positivity and it’s greatly enhanced the dynamics of my friend group -- JasonSimpson88, 2023-08-11 ### ***** "Necessary" A great way to share periodic updates with your friends that go beyond the surface of your traditional social media apps and are more interactive than your traditional wellness apps. A must for anybody looking to connect with others on a deeper level. -- go-go rocks 22, 2023-08-11 ### ***** "Awesome app" Love this app. An awesome way to share feelings w friends, feels like group journaling. UI is fire also! -- jh16jh16ytrutyt, 2023-08-11 ### ***** "Great app- have been surprised by how much I’ve enjoyed it" I have never been somebody to journal much, but this app has really helped me get into the habit of thinking about and sharing how I’m doing. It has also been a very positive and unique way to stay in touch with friends, and to get a real sense of how some of my closest circle is doing that I wouldn’t be able to get from other social media. Overall, being part of this community has been a great experience and I hope to see this app grow and develop even more! -- Annie K H, 2023-08-11 [View all folsom feelings reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to folsom feelings -
