The app is extremely buggy and gets stuck and constantly freezes my phone whenever I try to access the member space part of the app. It just completely freezes my phone and I’ve updated my phone. I’ve logged in and out and nothing works so please continue to update this app and please fix the issue.

Been using Folx for almost 2 years now:
Folx is way overpriced for what they offer. DIY would be better than paying $100 to be ignored and belittled by a bunch of wanna-be do-gooders.

I had my hormone labs ignored for a full year, but they were happy to take my hard earned money the whole
time. They made me buy my injection supplies off Amazon. There is no way to contact your “doctor” in a normal timeframe—any message requires 3 days and you will hear back from some random under-qualified assistant to the assistant nurse.

Trans people deserve better, don’t let them extort you while they pretend to care. Remember! They’re all making a living off trans suffering.

I have been member of FOLX for just about two years and make me one of the longer term people here it’s the second gender care company that I have had the first was pretty useless and I was without care for about two months And went through my first menopause and it wasn’t fun, but I searched and I searched. I found FOLX and I’ve never regretted. Making the decision to come here as it took all of my stress away. That a trans woman like myself felt truly comfortable that what I needed and what I expected was actually met so I think that’s great and should anyone want to know more about my journey I do float around the community here on the board and if you see me just say hi I’m open. I live in the sunshine every day. And willing to share anything that you may wish to learn about myself or FOLX

FOLX has been great and I recommend the brand and their online platform, but this app doesn't display right (worked fine on Android) and I'm so sad they haven't done anything about it.

The app is completely broken. In addition, I tried to reach out to a member of the care team which is supposed to be easily accessible, but unfortunately, there is no live chat or phone options and they need at least 3 business days to respond because their member support is completely understaffed. 
It’s not clear how I should go about importing my previous medical history, and it’s impossible to speak to a person. I’m beginning to wonder what they are doing with this $40 a month.

I love the tutorials and seminars, but there is little to no “community.” There are like 2 spaces to chat in. There should be a teen space as well, since everyone in the chat seems to be older so I have no interest being involved in it. Having a discord for chatting and this app for educational purposes would be soooo much better.
