Never a driver
It says estimated time to a driver, 5 minutes, couldn’t get one within 15 minutes. Get a driver, he cancels on you, you find a cab, so you cancel fonacab since the driver cancelled on you, get charged £30 still. Only used as a last resort because even on a quiet Monday afternoon you’ve a better chance of hitchhiking home than getting a taxi within the estimate timespan

Am new in the belfast from india I first time book a taxi and it was very good and lovely driver was very nice so humble thankyou so much for this good experience

Was billed higher from what the booking initially stated or estimated. Asides that it’s a good experience
Lovely friendly driver
We were very happy to be collected by an honest and dedicated driver. It was very late and we felt safe and comfortable, I’d recommend Fonacab to anyone. Thanks
Driver didn’t turn up
No point prebooking because it doesn’t guarantee you at all. May as well just book asap when you want it. Still rare to actually get a driver though. Shame they used to be good.
