I have used this all for quite long time but support was always a challenge. I usually but unlimited texting global pack and every-time it has some issues. Purchase done on Apple but yet not reflecting on app.
Whether I call to Canada or receive a call from Canada the call gets dropped in 4-5 seconds. I paid for this and now this issue is happening. Not sure whether they have tested this app before launching. Now no customer agent is answering my request.
Even after paying for the app you get lots of un necessary ads all over..! You often get fraud calls related to Passport & Visa.. they will ask if u can speak chinese.. Plz don’t buy not worth it..!
I call from India to Canada… While using Wifi , call drops frequently. On mobile network, it works just fine. Pls look into it. Thanks
Showing error Authentication failed
I just paid for this app less than 30 mins ago and it is already a gigantic waste of money. What good is an app that doesn’t even let you login. No matter how many email addresses I signed up from or how many times I “forget password“ even though I didn’t forget my password, the app just won’t let me log in. if the developers weren’t finished developing the app they should never have published it. Wish there was an option to get a refund because I feel robbed

Thought that Fongo can give clarity on incoming calls . It Wrote that there is unlimited incoming calls but that’s wrong it does work at all. Request to return my Rs 449. Raised support ticket no soln yet
Get only missed calls notifications! Never get incoming phone calls even though active app status!
