Been trying to reset my password for months never get any of the emails. Update: It’s a joke at this point. I sent you emails, and I’ve never gotten a response. Im done with this app.

I dont get weekly flyers anymore so i just LOVE this app. When i go shopping i just call up the grocery list i made while looking at the online flyers and im guaranteed to never miss a deal at Food Basics again! All apps should be this easy!

Getting Host Error 521, unable to open app with coupons available when in store. Useless

Can’t get into the app. I sign in and it tells me that my email or password is incorrect so I request a password and it doesn’t send an email so I tried to create another sign in and it tells me that that account already exists. Literally getting nowhere app deleted.

Can’t sign in, not receiving emails to reset password. Nothing works. So can’t use coupons, thanks Food Basics… No app update in 3 months! Waste of time!

Too bad. I like the store

I tried to order some items for pickup so that I don’t miss out on deals. Whilst i try to order online i am unable to select store through postal code. Deals are always finished when you reach store.

My account all of a sudden disappeared. I guess someone hacked my account or it was deleted? Had to spend 20 minutes in the self checkout re setting up my account. Really wish I could put my card in my Apple/Google wallet. So I don’t have to use the app to scan my card.
