不要用 會收多一次錢 出現error,以為叫唔到嘢食,再叫多一次,點知係收多咗一次錢,仲要係返到屋企先至知道原來失敗咗嗰次收咗錢
版面Load得慢/停頓,而且在付款時出現「錯誤」字眼,令我要多次離開再進入app才成功落單。但用餐三小時後,我才發現系統把錯誤的訂單也收費(而當時app中並無顯示我已下單!!!)現在已經投訴無門,無法追討多付金額。建議大家別用app,自行到櫃位下單,避免中伏。 Loading time was long and “Error” appeared during the payment process. I quieted and returned the app few times before I made a “successful” ordered. Three hours later, I found out that the system charged my failed attempt!
整app唔整埋網頁版,叫完餐要睇返收據又吓吓都話逾時要重新開過,弱智又多餘嘅app

投訴都冇,啲人又閪 嗌幸福小巷,問佢有餐未,話禁錯掣要等陣 等咗10零20分鐘另外一個員工問我咩Number,轉頭就係後面攞俾我…後面嗰個餐一早就放咗喺度 咁我等嚟做咩? 真係黐撚線
The worst app I have ever used
not user friendly
個App搞完一輪,都係跳番去website落單之餘,Payment仲要唔support mobile payment。好似落後咗十年咁,個development咁求其,好似啲學生功課咁,有個樣,實際上用唔到,點解啲老闆會收課,個袋收咗幾錢先肯收貨。
Over charged with error but totally no response via Facebook, inbox and cs email . Worst management , error , no follow up. Do not recommend anyone to use this app !!!!!
