The App, the Custome Service, the lack of response, everything just appalling!
Quick to take the money but not to assist when your kids can’t get any food. Still some money on the fobs that can’t be accessed. Avoid all dealings with this App or company!

App is awful to use. It’s slow, glitchy and doesn’t work a lot of the time. Couldn’t link my kids new fobs to account and no help or reply from customer service! So we don’t use this app all. 
There’s a few quid still on the old fobs which this company  have now taken from me,no reply at all when asked for a refund! 
Steer well clear of both the app & the company!
