It’s May 29, 2024 and the app kicked me out in the afternoon. I tried to log back in and I cannot get back in. I reached out to their Customer Service team and was told the app is having issues. After trying a few more times since then, I gave up. I use the app because of the digital coupons. But since I cannot log in right now, I will shop elsewhere. Too bad…USELESS!

Every time I log on to the app and try to add food from my previous order, it makes me sign in again, and once I do that and choose all the items I want and go back to the app, nothing is there. This is the worse app I’ve ever had to deal with, don’t bother getting it, just order from elsewhere!

Look at your reviews for the last 12 months. Between 1 and 2 stars. Aren’t the feedbacks of your users important for major change to your app?

Can’t log in to clip coupons

Spent 30 minutes trying to log in, resetting passwords over and over trying to drill down to what I’m doing wrong. Got an “email error” every time. Infuriating waste of my time.

Not sure why they force digital coupons if the app you are forced to get never works. They need to fix the app or allow for in store discounts without digital coupons.

Ever since the new update I cannot log in. Can’t clip coupons, have tried multiple times to log in on the app and always gives the same message that it’s unable to log in at the moment. I never had any issues before the new update ugh

I was interested in an advertised discount on the store shelf, which required scanning a QR code. This took me to their website where you have to create an account. I get to the register to check out, and you can’t get the discount from the website, you need the app. Downloaded the app, and it won’t take the credentials I just created on the website. They probably expect that you’ll just pay the full price, since you’re already in line. Nope. Just told the clerk to take it back.

It’s very hard to use and very hard to navigate. I’ve had it for a while now and still can’t get the hang of. It should be more simple for people like Cell senior citizen.
