I have been leveraging the resources in food fuels to achieve my goals over the past 3 months.
My coach has been an amazing support as well as being realistic with me. Together, I have been able to reshape how I relate to food and learn the importance of eating small amounts of the right combinations of food to get my metabolism working FOR me.
The emotional eating is behind me and I am grateful for the resources that I have been exposed to in order to achieve success.
Weight loss is a journey that takes time and allowing myself the grace that was necessary played a key role.
My coach has been one of my biggest cheerleaders as we celebrated even the smallest victories.
The recipes are numerous and always found something I enjoyed.

I wasn’t eating regularly or cooking much due to grief from losing a loved one so my doctor recommended FoodFuels. I’m so glad she did! Within 5 days, I’ve noticed I already have more energy. I’m actually taking the time to cook now and the recipes are delicious!! And my coach is so supportive and answers all my questions. I feel eating Whole Foods is an investment in my health and well being and highly recommend this program to friends and family.

I’m post menopausal (60) and find the program is not enough macros and I don’t feel well. Too low in calories, protein and fat for me.  

Still very hungry after 8 weeks causing chronic sleep disruption, irritability, headaches and dizziness. Lost 4 lbs initially but not budging since. The coaches insist to not count calories or macros and just to follow the program. But I use fitness pal anyway to try and figure out why I feel so poorly.  It is definitely not enough for my body and brain causing unpleasant side effects. 

I hope the founder(s) could refine an option for us menopause ladies.

I find this diet to be effective.  This costs 150/month.  For this money, the app should be a lot better.  I am not able to customize the times that I was given by coach in the app.  This created confusion for me at the beginning.  Some of the recipes are very vague.  What type of avocado?? Hass or regular? The shopping list lists are awful.   If the name of an item is long , the last part will get chopped off.

### ***** "Over 75 pounds lost"
This is the only program that has worked for me. The key to this program is the coaching. The support from my coach and accountability is just what I needed. Once you get the hang of the new way of eating it’s relatively easy and sustainable. The recipes are simple and quick, there is nothing to buy except for regular whole foods that you can get at any supermarket. FoodFuels has literally changed my life. I feel amazing, I’m more physically active, I look good in clothes, my skin is better…just everything I love it. I’ve lost 75 lbs in about 7 months and have maintained it through the summer months. I signed up for a 5k run in the fall and can’t wait to go skiing this winter. I haven’t had any problems w the app on my iPhone and I find it super easy to navigate. If you put in the work you’ll reach your goal I have no doubt!

There should definitely be a version that is cheaper with app access without the help of a coach. IMO, the coach is helpful for questions in the very beginning, so maybe it is required for the first month; and then when you continue on, there should be a discounted version. The daily weigh-in and language used on app is not very healthy.

Repetitive meals. Have not changed since I tried this program 2 years ago. Yawn. Hard to customize meals so it feels like lying if you don’t have an exact meal as described. Platform is weak, kept crashing the first few days. Just not user friendly. Needs a big update.

Today is day 10 FoodFuels. I have not had the support. I paid 150 for me to do this by myself. I could have saved my money and continued to be my own support person. Tried to use contact button and I get error. Hopefully my money can be refunded.

This has been an amazing journey.  Never has a program worked for me like FF. NEVER!!! I have learned so much and will implement the healthy eating principles for the rest of my life. I lost 30 lbs. and my husband lost 25 and he cheated a lot!!
 
My coach Kim was amazing! She was everything I needed! Thank you Food Fuels. I have every confidence that myself and my other family member who have utilized FF will continue to lose or maintain our healthy weight for the rest of our lives.

App changes the menu for the day which messes up the whole days metabolism. It showed a day protein meal plan for breakfast and lunch, but then switch to an entire different day in the evening
