App cực kỳ tiện lợi cho việc theo dõi calo hằng ngày. Chỉ cần chụp ảnh món ăn là đã có thể ước tính nhanh lượng calo, giúp tiết kiệm rất nhiều thời gian. Giao diện thân thiện, dễ sử dụng, phù hợp cả người mới bắt đầu.

Sau một thời gian dùng, mình thấy ý thức ăn uống tốt hơn, kiểm soát khẩu phần dễ dàng và duy trì mục tiêu cá nhân hiệu quả hơn. Rất đáng để thử nếu bạn muốn xây dựng thói quen ăn uống lành mạnh 👍
