Life Changing
Like others have said, I too have fallen into a cycle of either obsessively dieting or eating way too much without thinking about it (and feeling extreme guilt afterwards). This app is amazing! I hope it grows in popularity and others realize just how beneficial it is. The modules are easy to understand, quick, and give plenty of useful information. They also have exercises for you after each one to make sure you understand and can apply the information. This really is a unique app like none other. I highly recommend downloading this if you are looking to stabilize your weight and are tired of yo-yo dieting. This app is truly changing my relationship with food. Thank you to the developers!

I spent the last 5 years following two extremes: either I keep dieting and restricting myself or I care about nothing and eat whatever I want. No wonder my weight has barely changed! I’ve decided I need to improve my life and believe FoodMate will assist me in this.
