Do not use this app, they robbed me of my money and no food turned up, then spent most of the evening on the phone with different chat advisors and so called compliant advisors, who would just end the conversation. Disgusting customer service. Please use one the other great other apps instead.
La nästan 500 kronor på mat från Max som kom fram iskall och oätlig. Bodde på hotell så hade ingen möjlighet att värma upp maten. Som ursäkt från kundtjänst fick jag 90 kronor att använda på en framtida order, helt patetisk ersättning men det värsta var att de 90 kronorna aldrig gick att använda. Blev bara tekniskt fel varje gång och när jag kontaktade kundtjänst igen så gav de mig fingret mellan raderna.
Went through every payment method possible with multiple cards and it just gets refused.

App is good but the restaurant menu doesn’t show in English even after changing the language settings to English, so please sort this ASAP. Edit: seriously when are you guys sorting the Menu in English? It’s difficult to order food without using the translator and we have been requesting for long so please work on it ASAP. You send multiple app updates regularly but nothing in this regard, so disappointed!!
Foodora operate a terrible and flawed ordering system. We made an order at a local restaurant using foodora for home delivery, and we made the order many hours in advance, and planned our evening around the dinner arriving at a set time. This order was cancelled just 45 minutes before it was due to be delivered, so completely derailed our evening plans. When trying to get to the bottom of this, Foodora’s support is truly one of the worst customer support services I have ever experienced. Firstly, they kick you out of their in-app chat if they haven’t heard from you. But you’re in a queue! So I guess they expect you to just keep messaging to no one to ensure you stay in the queue? Clearly just a trick to kick people out the queue. When I rejoined the queue and finally did get through to someone by writing a message every 2 minutes, they were extremely unhelpful, and did not show any interest in trying to resolve the matter in a satisfactory way. They shifted the blame for the cancelled order on to the restaurant, which I can half understand, but they didn’t offer me any assurances that they would take the matter up with the restaurant on my behalf. They also could not explain why the restaurant was still taking new orders for ASAP deliveries, despite them cancelling my order which had been made hours in advance. When I suggested that they could contact the restaurant to ensure my original order was fulfilled, they said they couldn’t help me. When I suggested I be offered a foodora voucher for the inconvenience whilst I waited 7 days for my refund, they said they could no longer help me and left the chat. Clearly it was not resolved. Foodora is awful, and I will be very unlikely to use them again. If you do have to use this terrible service, definitely do not rely on their advance ordering service, because it in no way guaranteed that your order will be honoured, thus defeating its entire purpose.
