Neustálé v té aplikaci jsou chyby. Když chcete vyplnit datum narození zákazníka tak musíte vypnout a zapnout aplikaci. Pokud přijedete o byť jen minutu dříve musíte opět vypnout a zapnout. Každou chvíli nejdou načíst výdělky a to co máte v peněžence. Gps hází chybi...

Appka je super, ale mohla by být lepší. :-) 1) Často se v aplikaci nachází nepřeložené, nebo dokonce nefunkční/prázdné popisky. 2) Aplikace se občas podivně zasekává a načítá, jako nějaký pomalejší web. 3) U nabízených objednávek chybí kilometry - člověk nemá vůbec přehled o výhodnosti zakázky. 4) Kriticky chybí tmavý režim - večerní rozvážení mi vždy vypaluje oči. I ty nejhloupější mapy to mají. 5) Ty nové směny, které jsou kratší než 3 hodiny, jsou absolutně nesmyslné a nevyplatí se je jezdit. Nechápu proč jste je zavedli. 6) Velmi bych ocenil, kdyby jste do navigačních možností přidali mapy.cz, neboť na Waze, AMaps ani GMaps se v Česku nedá spolehnout, a Waze je na kurýrováni vyloženě nevhodný.

Foodora dělá vše proto, aby aplikace netahala kurýra z míst, kam ho zatáhla (za hranice Prahy, či okrajové oblasti hlavního města). Kurýr se musí přesouvat do středu zóny ká svoje náklady. Fooora vysírá kde může.

Dear Foodora, I hope my review will make you think and improve riders experience of working on you, because not only customers make your profit. As far as I see you have quite a flow of coming and leaving riders. But you don’t try to fix it, rather punish riders and make this job even less attractive. 1. In a harsh weather conditions there’re many force majors like emptied e-scooter/e-bike/mobile batteries or bad health condition. Instead of having “stop session” button and removing a rider from the counting system right away, you continue to bombard him with orders he can’t take till the end of the session (30 minutes and more). This produces more delays in orders delivery than removing one rider ASAP from the equation. In case there are minutes left the system could aggregate them from all riders and put immediately to “available sessions” as a new slot. Easier it’ll be to attend and to finish for riders, more riders will stay with you. 2. Poor assistance and lack of training. 4 minutes video of how it works on YouTube doesn’t cover all use cases of the app. Your support team left unanswered my support request on my first day. 3. While distributing orders the app doesn’t take in account the terrain. The Earth isn’t flat. In case a rider on e-bike / e-scooter should constantly go up and down, his battery will be emptied quickly. And this one is connected to the next one 4. Why do you send non-car riders across half city for orders delivery? It’s better to have them running in the small area serving in places where the car will have less advantages. Dear developers please check the issue with calendar section in the app to verify the ID for alcohol orders. 4 time I had this issue last one was yesterday night and I lost my 45 minute from my working time and it cost a lot of money lose, since can't receive any order. “Issue is while trying to click on calendar, it cant be open, calendar section comes up and down its not possible to click any date”.

Při pokusu si vytvořit účet to hází stále chybu. A pořád to samé dokola. Snad to spraví aktualizace
