Today very bad experience with food panda, i ordered hardee’s at 1 pm now 2:30pm there is no delivery. The rider is not responding to chat, still showing me 20-30 minutes. No cancel option, no contact number. Is this way food panda treat there customers??? I rated 1 star to food panda Management need to improve there serivces

Importance of Choosing Cash on Delivery for Restaurant Orders
Always use the cash-on-delivery option when ordering from any Pakistani restaurant. I placed an order and paid upfront using my debit card, but the order was not delivered for some reason. There was no contact number or email provided in the order confirmation to reach out in case of issues.

I Order From Oversea For My Family I gaved my family a small food party by this amazing App once again Thankyou Food Panda
Worst app, stupid service,
Ordered food, waiting 2 hours, called the restaurant, they said order is ready from 40 mins but no rider came, asked food panda support, they kept stalling and then they canceled the order. Waited 3 hours and yet they are the ones to cancel.. if “ghatiya” would be an app, that would be them
App is not working
I am very disappointed that this app no matter how low reviews it’s getting still not stepping up it’s game no payment method works and any credit card you are using is not acceptable and always an error is occurred while ordering . No proper customer service or someone you can talk to and explain your issue to. A kind advise for the creator of this app do your job properly and make it work for the customer.

This app you have to use on your own risk . If you got food items that are three days old just throw because they don’t have any customer support available. Its shamefull. I feel angry when same happened with me . They should have strong customer support system that helps their customers. They need to improve their service alomst 80% more
