接受不了客服
客服很懶，客人收到不對的餐點（錢已付）客服就亂說幾句然後自己結束對話，我的錢去哪了也不知道
App is junk
Service is decent but frequently when I wanna order food all I get is the pink screen of death. That’s right the app opens up to a pink screen and nothing else. I can’t select the food I want, I can’t order, I can’t do anything. Normally I just have to resort to using a competitors app.
Bad
There were insects in the food but food panda refused to resolve the problem for that order.
Need updates many things more
Suggestion for Some things the developer should update to make it faster and more convenient: 1/ Update additional cancellation feature. 2/ Update contact information change feature 3/ Update payment feature with Lao banks, no need to pay by cash or credits car 4/ Update feature to contact restaurant owner
Bad Service, slow delivery
This took me 2 hours to receive my order. I haven’t even receive it while writing this paragraph.😡

It took me 1 hour to wait for my order and cancelled it at the end without any reason or compensation. Don't you respect your customers? I will also post this on LinkedIn

They always change the time! It’s say wait for 15-20 minutes but after 10 minutes it say wait for 30 minutes. This app is craps! Again, when the pizza arrived is cold because they take so long to delivery. The app show” 8 minutes “ but we wait for more 30 minutes! Crazy
