Every time I order through good panda using advance payment they always delivered order after 1:30 hr. When you talk with support they never give you any proper response

Very poor service, always creating problems with non professional riders and customer support to contact with concerned Pathetic

I ordered twice through foodpanda from dominos. Dominos cancelled my order twice stating that my order was no available. Both orders PREPAID. Foodpanda decided not to refund, moreover stated that I cancelled my own order causing an “inconvenience to their partner” hence I am not eligible for a refund??? Terrible app PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEIR TERRIBLE SERVICE. There is no OPTION to complain, JUST A STUPID CHAT OF NO HELP. Worst customer service imaginable.

World’s useless and fraudulent app ever they don’t have customer call service just text service and if anything wrong happened in order then texting the customer care like fools and if you add your card in the app then you lost your money it happened with me I odder pampers and the rider cancel the order I didn’t received back my money I tried thousands of time on customer care texting service but they refused because as they were giving me pathetic logic that you cancel the oder now our food is waste I’m amazed that how cheap they are can anyone tell that pampers are food? Or how they wasted I wish some good investors and developers should launch food panda type application so their monopoly can break

Never order from here i made online payment and the rider delivered order to a unknown person and neither my order nor money is returned and the chat service is also poor amd worst

i cant cancel my order even after my food was delayed for more than an hour. Also chatting to customer representative is near impossible

Foodpanda has the worst in app support system. It's a joke. You can't contact the rider other than the chat which barely works. They can contact you but you can't woah. And you can only reach the support only after the order has been delivered. So you are stupid and helpless, If you want to reach out to their support before the order has been delivered. This has caused me immense trouble mentally because It's not easy to present your case to these scammers nor will they accept their mistake. Rider's stuck in the same place god knows what he's doing and he only replied, on my way. This is not fair even after paying for priority delivery charges. I can't contact the support. This app is anything but user friendly. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 I'd give them -10 If I could.
