Two hours been waiting
Charged me twice on my credit card for single order!
I recently reviewed my transaction history and I was charged twice on my card for my order. When I contacted support, they said they can’t get me a refund even if I submitted the screenshot of my transaction history of my card. They said they cannot accommodate my request.
Worst customer service ever
Bad attitude employees, bad service over all
I got scammed and i wont get my refund from a scam shop
I ordered and canceled it due to the rating of the shop it says it was a scam resto with ugly serving low standard high fees , i canceled my order for 309 pesos and cant get it back, i deleted my food panda account, and be more loyal to grab
The check button to consent of sharing your data keeps turning on automatically
When checking out, I don’t want to share my data to restaurants. But you keep enabling the check button automatically! That’s bad practice!
