Useless vouchers
If I can’t use the voucher then don’t put it in my voucher list at all. Stop advertising that there is a voucher but when I try to apply it even if all the criteria meet I can’t use the voucher. It’s exhausting and also the cancellation part is so annoying. It should be easier

พื้นที่ของเรา ร้านจะปิด 4 ทุ่มค่ะ เราสั่งไปตอน 3 ทุ่ม รอของถึง 4 ทุ่ม ไม่มีคนรับ แล้วยกเลิก ออร์เดอร์เราไป ไม่มีการโทรมาแจ้งอะไรเลย แล้วตอนนั้นคือเราหิวมาก อย่างน้อยก็ควรโทรมาแจ้ง ว่าส่งไม่ได้ จะได้ไปหาข้าวกิน อันนี้คือ ยกเลิก หลัง 4 ทุ่ม 7 นาที จะบ้าตายยย หลายรอบละ กี่รอบก็ไม่ปรับปรุ่งสักที ทางรับบอกจะปรับๆ ปรับกี่โมงจ้ะ?

My order got delayed and i needed to go somewhere else - but app wont allow me to cancel my order, even though i dont need the food anymore and i will not be able to meet the delivery It is very annoying experience to me
