Has helped me significantly on my journey. To hold myself accountable and focused.
Motivates me to make my smiley happy.
I have lost 10kgs in 3 months. Food visor has played a central role in keeping me accountable and motivated toward my goals. Very helpful 👍🏽
The app has made it easy to track calories in the foods I eat. I love the recipes that the app shares, easy to follow and delicious.
Not many food items from South Africa
Once you click on free trail you are charged and you cannot cancel without losing the amount paid. The app isn’t bad but offers the same as free apps when tracking food.
So many resources in one place! I love the visual tracking and seeing my progress. Also all the daily coaching and journaling helps keep me focussed and accountable.
Does not have a database of foods when scanning the barcode. Would have loved to continue this app but it’s too time consuming to add in the information for all SA foods.
Tried the 14 day free version and was prompted to purchase for 3 months. Thought perhaps with purchase would be able to have access to more but seems one has to purchase premium. Not sure what I purchase for 3 months? Same as free trial.
