I am continually logged out of my account for absolutely no reason, I have called customer support a million times just to access my account after having to have reset the password EVERY TIME I GET ON THE APP! It’s so frustrating not being able to access my information conveniently. It’s like the account information is just forgotten as soon as you get 1 good use of it.

There are several claims this app has that are simply not true. You can only view your account balance and transactions. You cannot transfer your money to other accounts even if they are within the same bank, there are no bill pay options, Zelle is completely inaccessible, most buttons in the app just redirect to a page that tells you to call their number such as the report lost/stolen card button. The deposit check feature doesn’t work. The only real use this app has is the ability to lock your debit card. Most of the apps “features” either redirects you to a phone number or it just states the feature is unavailable. It has been like this for over 4 years so I don’t see it changing anytime soon. This app has made me completely change banks because it makes having an account with them pointless if I can’t even manage my money without going in person.

I keep having to call and reset my account daily. This has been an ongoing issue for the last month which forcht bank can’t seem to resolve! I have never had this to happen and each time I’m told the same thing, which I have followed their guidance and still locked out daily.

After installing update to Version 18.4.60 when I log out the app automatically logs me back in when it sees my face. It did not do this with the previous version. Other than this new issue I like the app.
9/12/2019-Just installed the latest update for this app and the above problem still exists. I have talked to their support people twice now and apparently they are not going to fix this problem. They told me to turn off face recognition on my iPhone so it doesn’t log me back in when I try to log out.
