## Ford Charge Station Setup Reviews in United States

### *---- "Please make this better already"
I’ve had this charger for a few years. Every so often I try to add it to my WiFi so I can reset it remotely when it stops working in sub 10 degree weather. I can pair it but can never get it to connect to the WiFi network with a great signal. Obviously everyone that uses this app finds frustrating. Please update already!!!!!
-- Ford frustrated 1000, 2025-01-13

### *---- "Won’t Pair"
It’s beyond dumb that in 2024 we still deal with Bluetooth pairing problems. Oh, and awesome reviews and no updates from the developer in 2 years. Guess doesn’t work doesn’t matter.
-- BrettFL, 2024-09-06

### *---- "Very poor application"
Hard to impossible to use this app. I regret buying the ford charging station.
-- Mooflygoos, 2024-03-30

### *---- "Won’t set up"
Seems to as consistently not work as the ford app
-- Ezub, 2024-03-02

### *---- "Charging"
Ford’s MachE charging setup is poorly designed and very difficult, clumsy. There is no simple way to schedule charging either in the car or on phone app. Compared to Tesla the Ford is a mess.
-- ??jl55, 2023-06-01

### *---- "Gate way error"
Keep getting a gateway error when trying to pair to the app
-- Lebron MVP 09, 2023-02-17

### *---- "Does not Sync with other Apps"
Reading the reviews and the app will not connected to the ford network you get the spinning blue wheel that eventually freezes making you have to force the app to shutdown. Thankfully you don’t need the app to charge your vehicle
-- rjdjr, 2022-12-15

### *---- "Won’t work at all"
Won’t work at all, it won’t even connect to the Bluetooth.
-- BcB121907, 2022-10-08

### *---- "Does not work"
Horrible interface. Come on Ford! You built the Model T. Get it together and hire non-millennials.
-- Donut sovks, 2022-09-15

### *---- "Poor interface design"
This is such a frustrating app to use. It does work, but it doesn’t really let you know that it is working and has successfully paired to your charger. Even after it has paired, the most prominent button is one to pair the device, and it still shows “Let’s get you connected” and “Get Started” as the screen that pops up if you re-open the app.
