This app and their website is absolutely useless. All I want is to get my statements downloaded and all I get is we can’t complete at this time. What century do you clowns live in?

Great service
Great app makes things very easy “) ford is great on payments.
Cannot login bc app says I’m a corporate customer
This is the second time in the last eight months that I have tried to make my lease payment and I’m unable to log into the app because I’m getting an error message telling me that the app is not available for commercial customers. I am not a commercial customer, have a personal leased vehicle, and should be able to smoothly make payments on the Ford Credit app. I have deleted and reinstalled the app several times and it is not fixing the problem. I have to go to the website, login two separate times to the account manager in order to make a lease payment. Extremely inconvenient. The first time I called customer service when this happened, the associate told me she had never heard of such a problem. I deleted and reinstalled the app, which fixed it. Again, this time it is not working after deleting and reinstalling. The associate the first time told me the app was quite new and they were still having some issues. It has been months and I would have expected those issues to have been resolved. They have not. This issue, coupled with the FordPass app always having issues unlocking my vehicle when I’m walking up, makes me not want to get another Ford vehicle at the end of my lease.
Keeps crashing
This app barely stays open for a second and it keeps crashing. I haven’t been able to use it in over a week.

Does not appear to be compatible iOS 18.1
I love this app and it works fine on IOS 17.x but will not sign into account in IOS 18.x. I have tried reinstalling the app in my iOS 18 device but still will not sign into account. I hope you folks are making sure it work with newer iOS. Keep up the good work on this useful app and hope it will start working on iOS 18 in the next app update
Basic app, poor usability
So many problems with my 2021 F150, and now trying to finalize lease-end and get rid of this vehicle and Ford has made it incredibly challenging. Make it easy for customers to pay you, this will be the last Ford I drive.

This app is useless when trying to get lease info, you click and get a blank screen. I can’t wait to be done with Ford.
