Just works

Finally an App that works almost perfectly! Been using it over 3 years...I almost look forward to doing my taxes.. Another update.. still works! So good, never going back to boxes of @ucking@ faded receipt's!

cannot see all made receipts

the app freezes when you enter a date range to see prior recorded data

Lack of support options

OCR was very fast and reliable, however, there are no options to customize reports, and personalized support is non-existent. The web-based FAQ system is buggy and sometimes displays articles from other vendors.

It was good and now it isn't

I used to love this app and company. Now I'm trying to run my 2023 expense report and I have spent hours trying to do this very simple task. I cannot get my yearly report to work. Every single time I open it it's either empty or it just has July in it. My review from 2015 to 2022 : I've been using this app for years. I love the ease of it. And each tax year it is so easy just to download a report of my years expenses.

Not a free app

Apple really has to create a section for apps that require a subscription!!!

Failure to upload receipt and not able to add/edit expenses category

I keep getting error 10 when I try to add new expenses category and since the last update of 6.0.2 it fails to capture image of receipt. It keeps say loading and I have to do a forced close down. Update: hi I have reached out to support for the migration but its been a week and I haven’t heard back.

This app is made by smart people. It’s intuitive and smart. I never leave reviews but I wanted to thank the team behind this app. They kept it simple. I just want to track my receipts fast, have the total for each category at the end of the year, that’s it. Thank you! I was desperate after trying all the other apps. But this one, they nailed it!
