Doesn’t work
Needs a lot of fixes and improvements because it doesn’t work, I’m trying to look at my purchase history and I can’t, I tried to sign out to try to refresh it but I can’t either so please pay attention to it

A lot of glitching, had a lot of trouble purchasing through app, can’t track my online order.

There’s quality clothes but be diligent to read reveiws and to leave reviews.
Don’t pay for next day shipping!
You will NOT get your order and will get the run around when trying to get a refund for failed services!
Nice clothes ineffective customer service
Clothes are great, customer service does their job the best they can have extremely limited ability to help. A dress I bought is listed as $12 but turns into $15 I. The cart. Customer service couldn’t do anything to fix the issue.

Forever 21 is killing it here! The styles are so trendy and the quality is shockingly amazing. I’m so grateful for this store! Especially in this economy that they are treating everyone so great. I can really count on them for literally all my fashion needs and the prices are ridiculously low. I can buy myself something beautiful every week and not even feel it in my wallet. Thank you so much forever 21, this store rocks!
