- Strength with Dumbbells Program: Guided strength training to help you maintain muscle and bone density, steady your balance and stay independent.

- Seated Cardio Program: Improve your heart health, circulation and endurance from the comfort of a chair, with no stress on your joints.

- Balance, Mobility & Fall Prevention Program: A gentle 12-week starting point if you feel unsteady on your feet, use a cane or walker, or haven’t exercised in a while. Builds strength and confidence one step at a time.

- Quick Workouts: Short sessions of 15 minutes or less, separate from the longer programs, for the days when time is tight.
